Digital-content withdrawal
Where legally applicable, immediate digital delivery may require explicit consent and acknowledgement of the resulting loss of the withdrawal right. These acknowledgements must not be preselected.
Faulty or misdescribed content
Mandatory remedies for non-conforming digital content remain available. Refund eligibility, process and timing must be reviewed and supplied by the seller.
